Hope this finds everyone happy in the Lord.
Well, I guess I have found out what a plateau is. I lost 0.4 pounds this week. I am grateful for the loss but I was hoping for much more. I’ll keep working.
I have been having hard workouts. As a matter of fact, I had to rest a couple of days last week because of it, but I will start again tomorrow and see what this week holds.
At this point in my Life Call journey, I’ve lost a total of 54.3 pounds. I can confidently say those pounds are gone forever.
I am planning on cleaning out my closet soon. This will make the second time I am getting rid of larger clothes sizes!
One of my friends is having a rummage sale to help pay expenses for her mission trip to Albania. I am donating clothes that are now too large for me to that cause.
Hope everyone has a wonderful week!
