This week was a better week for weight loss.  I was pleasantly surprised to have lost 2.4 pounds after the slight amount last week.  I could hardly believe it!

It is so encouraging to continue on my Life Call journey.  I have now lost a total of 56.7 pounds, gone forever!  Praise the Lord for His goodness.

I look around at people sometimes and I see what a burden they must feel carrying all of that weight around Although I have a lot more weight to loose, my Life Call has shown me there is a better way and sometimes I am able to share that with people.

I think  the sugar people are consuming is so difficult for the body to process.  I wish refined sugar were never invented, then people would not be so addicted to it.  Some I have shared my story with say, “I would never be able to do that” (to cut the refined sugar out of their diet) and I say, “Yes you can,”  but then they say the real reason is they don’t want to.

I hope that if you are reading this you can be encouraged to do so. It will make life much “sweeter”!

Hope this finds everyone happy in the Lord.

Well, I guess I have found out what a plateau is.  I lost 0.4 pounds this week.  I am grateful for the loss but I was hoping for much more.  I’ll keep working.

I have been having hard workouts.  As a matter of fact,  I had to rest a couple of days last week because of it, but I will start again tomorrow and see what this week holds.

At this point in my Life Call journey, I’ve lost a total of 54.3 pounds. I can confidently say those pounds are gone forever.

I am planning on cleaning out my closet soon.  This will make the second time I am getting rid of larger clothes sizes!

One of my friends is having a rummage sale to help pay expenses for her mission trip to Albania. I am donating clothes that are now too large for me to that cause.

Hope everyone has a wonderful week!

I was able to get in several workouts this week.  I was also able to watch my grandchildren for an extended amount of time on Saturday.

I am so appreciative to Baker Chiropractic for introducing a new way of living healthy.  It has made such a big difference in my life.

I lost 1.2 pounds this week for which I am grateful to the Lord.

To anyone wishing to seek a new way of life not just “a diet”,  I can absolutely recommend Baker Chiropractic.  Health and wellness to everyone!

This week has been a good week as far as activity.  I’ve probably exercised more this week than I ever have, but no weight loss to report.  As a matter of fact there is a 1.8 pound weight gain, which is disappointing but I am going to stay positive.

I told Dr. Baker my body was fickle when it comes to weight loss and he said the healthier my body gets the less fickle it will be.  I will just have to keep on keeping on because I am not turning back.

I was able to take my grandchildren out to play for about three hours Saturday and kept up with them very well, praise the Lord.  Pushing trikes and helping my granddaughter ride her bike didn’t seem very likely in my future before the Life Call program.

Thank you, Dr. Baker for helping me realize a goal I thought was pretty unattainable.  My life certainly has changed.  When my daughter got back from her errands she could hardly believe it.  That would not have happened last spring.

I hope everyone had a blessed Easter!

I love that the weather is warmer.  I walked some this week but mostly worked out on the stationary bike and weights.  With the physical problems I have, I try not to be on my feet as much.

I lost 2.6 more pounds this week. Gone forever!  My total is now 54.5 pounds in 21 weeks.

I love that I have more energy with my grandchildren and I even feel lighter in spirit.  The Lord is good.

Thank you for reading my blog and please continue on with your prayers for me as I make this wellness journey.
